Chefs Fernando & Yaniel Martinez have been generating Louisville’s favorite concepts for years (Havana Rumba, Mojito Tapas, Guaca-Mole, Artesano, Mussel & Burger Bar, Taco Luchador, and more). Their commitment to the highest quality ingredients and genuine hospitality has helped catapult them into Louisville’s favorite hometown restaurant group.
Chef Fernando Martinez says “our goal is to provide the East End of Louisville a locally-owned premium steakhouse experience at an affordable price. We don’t feel that people should have to go downtown to a chain steakhouse to get great service and amazing food. We want to be Louisville’s hometown Steakhouse, and we think the city will love our twist on the classic American concept.
